Position
Partner who focuses on business law, representing clients, in particular banking institutions, factoring companies, primarily in commercial litigation, advising them on bankruptcy, and restructuring matters.
Marie-Christine has extensive trial experience before the French courts, and in insolvency proceedings, in which she regularly advises creditors at all stages, including negotiation of agreements, drafting of legal documentation and contentious interventions. She also handles cases relating to construction and co-proprietorship law and to family law, and advises small and medium-sized companies in company law.
