Juliana Daniel has extensive experience in domestic and international administrative and court proceedings. Her practice is focused on anticompetitive conduct investigations with special emphasis on cartels and collusive practices. She received her bachelor’s in law degree by the Law School of Universidade de São Paulo (USP), holds a Master Proféssionel 2 at Sciences-Po by the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris, France, a master’s degree in Civil Procedure from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), and attended the Competition Program at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. She also coordinates and teaches at the Superior Lawyer’s School (Escola Superior da Advocacia) – ESA/SP and is reviewer of Brazilian Journal of Competition Law. Speaks Portuguese (native), English and French fluently and is member of Brazil-U.S. 40 and Under White Collar Lawyers and of WIA – Women in Antitrust organizations.
