Career

Juliana is a partner in Compliance, Investigations and White-Collar at Lefosse.

She has extensive experience in domestic and international administrative and court proceedings. Her practice is focused on government enforcement actions (including anticompetitive conduct investigations), internal corporate investigations, due diligence reviews and compliance counseling. Juliana is Newsletter officer of the anti-corruption committee of the International Bar Association (IBA), a member of the board of the Brazil-U.S. 40 and Under White Collar Lawyers and reviewer of the Revista Brasileira de Direito da Concorrência (Brazilian Journal of Competition Law). She speaks Portuguese (native), English and French fluently.

Juliana holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from USP (Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo). She has a master’s degree (M2) from Sciences Po (Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris), a master’s in Civil Procedure from USP and attended the Competition Program at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy.
