Career

Luiz Octávio is a partner in Corporate and M&A at Lefosse.

He has extensive transactional experience having served as leading counsel in a large number of corporate and capital markets transactions in Brazil and abroad. Before joining Lefosse, Luiz Octávio was a managing director at the investment banking group at Banco Credit Suisse where he was head of M&A in Brazil.

Luiz Octávio holds a Law degree from UERJ (Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro) and a master’s degree in Law (LL.M) from the New York University School of Law.
