Diogo is a partner in Dispute Resolution at Lefosse.

Diogo represents clients from diverse sectors such as: logistics, cellulose, energy, civil construction, hotels, and has acted in numerous business and regulatory disputes of great complexity. He is a member of several national and international associations, being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Inter American Committee of the New York City Bar.

Diogo has a Bachelor of Laws from PUC-RJ (Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro), a Master’s in Civil Procedural Law from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo) and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Law from Columbia University.
