Diogo is a partner in Dispute Resolution at Lefosse.

He has extensive experience in Litigation and Arbitration with an emphasis on complex litigation and national and international arbitrations. Diogo represents clients from diverse sectors such as: logistics, cellulose, energy, civil construction, hotels, and has acted in numerous business and regulatory disputes of great complexity. He is a member of several national and international associations, being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Inter American Committee of the New York City Bar.

Diogo has a Bachelor of Laws from PUC-RJ (Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro), a Master’s in Civil Procedural Law from PUC-SP (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo) and an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Law from Columbia University.
