Jai Pachai is a Senior Counsel and Director of Wakefield Quin Limited where he specialises in civil and commercial litigation. Jai has more than 30 years experience in this field and has handled cases through all Bermuda courts ranging from small to multi-million dollar disputes. Jai currently sits as an Assistant Justice of the Supreme Court of Bermuda.

Memberships

Admitted to the Bar of Nova Scotia Canada in 1980 and the Bermuda Bar in 1982.

Education

Jai was born in South Africa and educated in the United Kingdom, Central Africa and Canada. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with distinction from the University of Malawi and Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
