John has a wide range of expertise in corporate and commercial matters including investment structures and hedge funds and financial services regulation. His practice also includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate reorganisations and restructurings, secured lending and asset finance with particular emphasis on shipping and aircraft acquisitions and financing.
His clients include: hedge funds, investment managers, administrators and broker dealers; major banks and trust companies; major listed companies; and substantial privately held companies.
John has written many papers on corporate and commercial law and has spoken at several conferences including hedge fund conferences and shipping conferences.
