Magnus handles all aspects of family law with a particular emphasis on divorce and separation, and financial claims arising upon the breakdown of marriages and other relationships (frequently including substantial assets, offshore asset-holding structures and/or an international element). He also regularly advises in relation to private law children issues. He is often asked to prepare pre-(and post-) nuptial agreements, as well as cohabitation agreements. He is enthusiastic about resolving issues away from the court wherever possible, and is an experienced collaborative lawyer.
