Position

Partner at Potter Rees Dolan in Manchester. She has spent the whole of her legal career working in the field of claimant clinical negligence. She has particular expertise in cases involving birth injury, brain and spinal injury, amputation and human rights. She has secured numerous multi-million pound settlements for claimants. She acted for the Appellants in the landmark Supreme Court human rights case of Rabone v Pennine Care NHS Trust 2012 UKSC 2 and Sido John v Central Manchester Trust [2016] on material contribution.
