Position

Senior Partner and Head of the esteemed clinical negligence team at Potter Rees Dolan, specialising in highest value complex secondary brain injury, spinal cord injury - including cauda equina - birth injury and wrongful birth cases. Also has extensive experience of orthopaedic and surgical cases. Helen recovered compensation in excess of £45million for clients with a brain injury (including cerebral palsy) in 2016 and 2017 alone. Recent reported cases include; brain injury case of AB (by her Litigation Friend CD) v North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust (2016), spinal injury case of DD v East Cheshire NHS Trust (2017), brain injury case of RM (by Litigation Friend, JC) v East Cheshire NHS Trust and a cerebral palsy case of CAL (by his litigation friend, CLE) v Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust.
