Court of Protection

Greg qualified as a solicitor in 2005 where he specialised in Private Client work including wills, probate, estate planning and powers of attorney. Greg is also a Trust and Estate Practitioner having passed all the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP) diploma exams as well as the STEP advanced certificate in will drafting and the advanced certificate in cross-border estates.

Greg decided to focus on Court of Protection work in early 2014 as the skills needed for private client work are very similar to Court of Protection and he hasn’t regretted it at all. He enjoys all aspects of Court of Protection work but finds the most rewarding part to be getting to know the client and their family so that we can try and make their lives as normal as possible.
