Position

Jemma Sherwood-Roberts is an experienced criminal litigator and has advised and represented individuals on a wide range of white collar investigations and prosecutions brought by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), the Crown Prosecution Service, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and other prosecuting bodies.

Jemma also has extensive experience in representing individuals facing general criminal proceedings, including sexual allegations (including rape, sexual assault, voyeurism and possession of indecent images), offences against the person involving serious violence or damage, drug offences and driving offences including allegations of causing death by careless driving as well as offences against public order and justice. Jemma also assists individuals facing prosecutions by train operating companies.

Jemma advises those facing regulatory matters including investigations and prosecutions undertaken by the FCA, as well as Trading Standards and the Prosecuting Solicitor of Companies House
