Position

Partner, Gavin, is a high profile corporate finance lawyer who has extensive experience of buy-outs and international M & A, acting for both management and equity providers. 

He is also head of the firm's private sector practice.

He is recognised as a leading individual in the Legal 500 2018 and Chambers UK 2018. In 2018, Gavin advised LDC on the buy-out of Nielson Active Holidays, North Edge on the buy-out of Orbis Protect, Apiary Capital on the buy-out of The Appointment Group and Palatine on the buy-out of CET UK.
