Position

Bonita has over 20 years' experience specialising in IP, with a particular focus on brands and designs disputes. Her experience includes some high profile trade mark infringement and passing off cases including The London Taxi Corporation Ltd (t/a The London Taxi Company) v Frazer-Nash Research Ltd & Anor [2016] EWHC 52 (Ch) & [2017] EWCA Civ 175, Comic Enterprises Ltd v Twentieth Century Fox Flim Corp [2014] EWHC 185 (Ch), Hasbro Inc & Ors v 123 Nahrmittel GmbH & Anor [2011] EWHC 199 (Ch) and Sterling Fluid System’s Licence of Right (Copyright) Application [1999] RPC 775 (PO).
