Suki has over 10 years’ experience acting for volume retailers and international luxury brands.  She advises clients on complex development agreements/agreements for leases, acquiring freehold/leasehold properties, disposals and management of large property portfolios. Her work ranges from dealing with high street locations to flagship stores in shopping centres and also relocating clients to new offices space and acquiring new warehouse facilities.

Highlights included advising Kevin Wheatcroft on the sale of Donington Race Track from Wheatcroft Properties to Motorsport Vision, including obtaining the necessary competition clearance and assisting with multiple long leases and options. Sarah Parkinson led on that matter and is praised for her ‘excellent vision and commercial acumen’.
