Position

Ian is a Nominated Partner for NHS Resolution and works on complex, high value and high profile claims. Ian has a close working relationship with NHS Resolution and is regularly involved in the client’s working parties and projects. He is a Divisional Lead responsible for 3 of our national teams.

He has a particular interest in wrongful birth claims and cases involving the ambulance service. He is client partner for 2 of our large Trust clients and leads on our client relationship management work for Trusts. He is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers Sector Focus Team for clinical negligence charged with developing policy, engaging in thought-leadership and facilitating training for members.
