Position
Ceri-Siân is a Senior Associate in our social care team.
She specialises in defending claims against local authorities including defending allegations of abuse against employees of a local authority, foster parents, and professional negligence against social workers. With experience of the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, Ceri Siân was heavily involved in the case of Armes v Nottinghamshire County Council (2017), the leading case on vicarious liability for foster carers.
Her technical expertise is called upon be a range of clients and she also oversees our recovery project.
