Position

Richard is a partner on the NHS Resolution team in Nottingham.  He supervises a team of junior lawyers dealing with NHS Resolution claims and conducts his own caseload of high value, complex matters. 

Richard specialises in clinical negligence and advises NHS Resolution and healthcare trusts on patient claims and risk management.

He has a particular interest in mediation and leads our cross-office project on this topic.
