Gabor has been working in the sector for more than 15 years and now leads a team spread across our Nottingham, Birmingham and Manchester offices, supporting registered providers as they look to deliver thousands of much-needed affordable housing across the country each year. Gabor has also led on the securitisation of more than £1 billion of affordable housing over the last five years. Gabor is a key contact for major national housing association clients (including many of Homes England’s current strategic partners) – including Platform Housing Group, Midland Heart, Longhurst Group, NCHA, Tuntum and Local Space.
His expertise (and that of his team) is also increasingly being called upon to act for private-sector developers doing business with RPs, such as acting for Minster Property Group as they assemble sites for their RP partners and advising Palatine Private Equity in relation to its investment into Jessup Brothers Limited.
