Cynthia has over 25 years’ experience defending public bodies, initially within the health sector. She specialises in the defence of civil claims brought against local authorities and the police, inquests and other advisory work. Civil claims work includes personal injury, Human Rights Act, Equality Act, abuse, claims against social services departments, misfeasance, wrongful arrest or detention and malicious prosecution.
