Position

Jade is a senior associate in the Birmingham Health, Advisory and Litigation team. Jade acts on behalf of NHS Resolution and various NHS Trusts dealing with clinical negligence claims.

Career

Jade is a senior associate in the health, advisory and litigation team based in the Midlands. Since qualification in 2018, Jade has dealt with a wide variety of clinical negligence cases providing specialist advice to NHS Resolution and Member Trusts throughout the UK. Her experience includes delay in diagnosis, surgery, oncology, fatal accident act claims, associated claims to inquests, inquest work, litigants in person and claims with multiple defendants. Jade also assists partners and senior fee earners with catastrophic injury matters.

Jade has experience of working in-house in NHS Trust legal team settings and as a result has developed an understanding of the pressures and resource issues that in-house teams face. In addition to claims handling, Jade supervises and develops junior members of the team and is actively involved in business development, charity and social events within the offices.
