Career
Naomi is a partner in the Corporate team and undertakes a wide range of corporate work, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and reorganisations; joint ventures and shareholder arrangements; and partnership agreements. She also regularly advises on general company law matters and commercial contracts.
She works with a range of clients, from start-up businesses through to well established names. She provides advice in a timely and concise manner to assist clients in achieving their commercial objective.
She joined Forsters as a solicitor in 2007 from Withy King, where she trained and qualified in 2004. Naomi was promoted to partner in 2019.
