Howard has over 30 years’ experience in all areas of Commercial Real Estate law acting for UK institutional and overseas investors in relation to sales, acquisitions, development funding agreements and JV’s. He regularly travels to Asia and North America to see clients and contacts as part of Forsters’ international strategy.
As a senior partner within the Commercial Real Estate team, Howard is responsible for managing the firm’s relationships with a number of key UK and overseas clients. His wide ranging knowledge of the UK real estate market coupled with his intimate understanding of complex transactions perfectly positions him as a trusted advisor to a range of funds, overseas investors and developers.
Recognised as a leader in commercial real estate, Howard is noted by The Legal 500 to be “very proactive and helpful” and has the experience and industry knowledge to achieve the best results for his clients.
He qualified at Hogan Lovells and has been at Forsters since 1998, making partner in 1999 and was Head of Forsters’ Commercial Real Estate department for 10 years.
