Andrew has a diverse and broad-ranging practice involving professional indemnity work, complex land disputes, civil fraud cases, tax investigations and large scale group actions arising out of financial mis-selling. He is used to dealing with matters that require an understanding of a client’s commercial background and the need to get to grips with large volumes of documentation in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Andrew has considerable experience of bringing proceedings in the High Court and of international and domestic arbitrations. His negotiating skills result in many cases settling early on favourable terms to his clients.

His wealth of experience attracts a broad range of clients including international banks, major property developers, retailers, high net worth individuals and charitable institutions.

Andrew is a ranked lawyer in the current edition of The Legal 500.
