Christopher has been involved in farm and landed estate sales and purchases for over 30 years and advises on agricultural landlord and tenant problems and tenancy restructuring for inheritance tax planning purposes. He advises family farming partnerships and has an unrivalled working knowledge of agricultural holdings and farm business tenancy legislation.
He has a thorough knowledge of the agricultural industry. He worked with farming and landowning organisations advising on the 2001 and 2007 foot and mouth outbreaks.
