Emily ExtonForsters LLP

‘The main strength of the practice’ at Forsters LLP ‘is the quality of the individuals who work in it. Those individuals are intelligent and focussed, have good judgment and know how to look after their clients and keep them abreast of developments in their case’. Led by Roberta Harvey, it has a strong track record of acting in the most high-value, complex and multijurisdictional disputes. Harvey has an excellent reputation for her work with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trustees, protectors, executors and beneficiaries on a wide spectrum of contentious trusts and estate matters. Consultant Alison Meek accepts instructions from professional trustees and trust companies (both onshore and offshore), executors and beneficiaries. The practice garners praise for ‘combining a great partner team with some brilliant associates’. Emily Exton is highly recommended along with senior associate, Maryam Oghanna. Hannah Mantle was also recently promoted to the partnership.
