Emily is managing partner of Forsters. Working closely with the senior leadership team and the wider partnership, she is responsible for the operational management and strategic direction of the firm. Emily is directly involved in financial and regulatory issues, staffing and senior recruitment and all business development activity so as to ensure that Forsters is well positioned to meet the needs of its domestic and international client base and to build on the firm’s long-running success.
In the last ten years, Forsters has experienced significant growth across all practice areas. The firm remains focused on the Real Estate and Private Wealth sectors and is increasing its investment in the Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams. Our strategy is to ensure that our private and commercial clients are provided with a seamless and fully integrated service, whatever the opportunity or issue they are facing.

She moved to Forsters in 1998, became a partner in 2010 and has been Head of Dispute Resolution and a member of Forsters’ Management Board since 2015.
