Helen is a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate team and is Head of BTR. She is passionate about working with clients and intermediaries in the real estate sector and getting deals over the line, meeting clients’ key drivers.
Helen is known as an approachable and straightforward professional; she provides hands on and creative advice that gets straight to the key issues. She has particular expertise in acting for developers and funders of large-scale mixed-use, build to rent schemes and other complex development sites.
Helen’s knowledge and experience spans a range of sectors including BTR, mixed use, occupier, business and leisure sectors and she act for funders, developers, operators, borrowers, landlords and occupiers. Helen takes a pragmatic and commercial approach to delivering projects.
Helen is a member of the BPF Build To Rent Committee, working to promote Build to Rent as a key part of the UK’s housing mix and improving EGS outcomes.
