Helen has a wide range of experience across a variety of real estate matters. She has a particular expertise in acting for developers of large-scale mixed-use schemes and complex development sites. She is highly experienced in seeing a project through from site assembly to post completion. Helen now spends the majority of her time working on complex development projects and dealing with the often sensitive issues that arise.
During her career, she has acted for landlords and tenants, investors, developers, borrowers and funders across a broad range of mixed use and retail, office and leisure sectors.
Helen has acted for a corporate occupier for over 20 years and is equally alive to key drivers for tenants, as for landlords.
She trained and qualified in 1992 at Forsters’ legacy firm, and has spent the majority of her working life at Forsters. Helen is also a qualified teacher.
