Fiona specialises in private client work and advises on a wide range of matters including capital tax planning; wills; trusts; probate and charities. Her work often involves more than one jurisdiction. She has a diverse client base, acting both for individuals and trustees. She advises business entrepreneurs, and people in the worlds of sport and entertainment.

Fiona started her professional career at Bircham & Co. (now Bircham Dyson Bell) before moving in 1993 to Masons (now Pinsent Masons). She joined Forsters as a Partner in 2000.

As well as being a Solicitor, Fiona is a Chartered Tax Advisor and a Notary Public.

She is recognised as a leading individual in The Legal 500, UK and Chambers (UK and Global), Who’s Who Legal, Super Lawyers and Citywealth. Fiona has recently been awarded gold at the Citywealth Power Women awards as “Woman of the year: Business Growth (Professional services)”.
