Nichola is Counsel in the Property Litigation team.

She specialises in real estate disputes and acts for investment funds, property companies and corporate occupiers dealing with matters such as service charge and dilapidations disputes, consents, rent reviews, break options, forfeiture and lease renewals.

Nichola’s practice also covers development matters such as rights of light and preparing vacant possession strategies.  She also has experience advising in connection with property related insolvency acting on numerous retail administrations and advising LPA receivers on their powers and duties.
