Amy is a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate team and heads up the Later Living team. She has a broad range of experience across the different real estate disciplines, including development work, acquisitions and disposals, financings and landlord and tenant matters.
Amy has significant experience advising senior living clients in relation to real estate matters. Her practice includes advising funders and investors, including key client Octopus Real Estate, on all property aspects of acquiring, financing, managing and disposing of care home sites. Amy has also acted for operator clients, advising them on care home acquisitions and lease negotiations.
