Career
Joe is Counsel in the Employment team. He advises on the full range of employment law issues and much of his experience has an international dimension. Joe also advises clients on immigration and data protection matters.
He has experience advising banks, large corporations, property companies, private equity houses and asset management firms. He often advises clients on HR issues (such as redundancies, disciplinary and grievance processes and investigations), employment litigation and the employment aspects arising on corporate transactions (including global carve-outs). Joe has an interest in advising on whistle-blowing complaints.
He has spent time on secondment at two global banks and a national retailer. Joe joined the Forsters’ Employment team in December 2018 from Clifford Chance LLP.
