Career
Anna Marie is Counsel in the Residential Property team.
She has a wide breadth of experience across all practice areas of Residential Property, acting for private individuals, companies and investors covering all aspects of residential property work including buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties and acting for both banks and borrowers in secured lending transactions.
With over 13 years’ experience, Anna Marie frequently acts on new-build acquisitions, sales and assignment transactions, acting both developer and buyer-side on some of London’s most iconic new-build developments.
She also has experience acting for landed estates in dealing with their property interests, including leasehold enfranchisement, estate management and residential tenancy matters.
Anna Marie travels to South East Asia to attend property exhibitions and deliver seminars to the team’s wide international client base.
In addition to her conveyancing practice, she is the Team Manager of the Residential Developments team within the Residential Property Department, assisting Chris Myers in the management of the team.
Anna Marie trained at Forsters and qualified as a solicitor in 2007.
