Fiona Stone is a Consultant in the Commercial Real Estate team. Her practice focuses on commercial conveyancing, including Landlord and Tenant.
She has many years’ experience across a broad range of real estate transactions. Fiona’s areas of expertise include buying and selling multi-tenanted mixed-use buildings and developments and the drafting and negotiation of various forms of land contract including option, pre-emption and overage agreements.
Fiona advises on all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant including leasing, licensing and strategic management advice and she has also represented clients on numerous financings and re-financings of multi-million pound developments.
