Richard qualified in 1999 and joined the firm in 2003. He became a Partner in 2008 and heads up the experienced Medical Negligence and Personal Injury department who act for clients on a national basis.

Richard has over 21 years’ experience in the field of clinical negligence dealing with a number of complex and high value clinical negligence cases. His expertise includes delayed cancer diagnosis, maximum severity birth injuries and GP, surgical and A&E negligence.
