Position
Partner
Fiona acts in a number of complex and high value litigations. She has experience of Court of Session practice and procedure. She has wide-ranging experience of Court of Session practice including commercial contract disputes, professional negligence, petitions, caveats, actions for reduction, interim orders applications, judicial review, appeals to the Inner House, medical negligence and personal injuries actions.
Fiona also regularly represents clients at Sheriff Courts across Scotland and has experience of appearing before Sheriffs and Sheriff Principals in a broad range of civil and commercial disputes.
