Senior Associate
Lynne specialises in real estate and is highly experienced in a full range of property transactions including acquisitions, lettings and disposals of rural and urban property; investment acquisitions, management and disposals; site assemblies for commercial and residential developments; development agreements; all manner of lease transactions; servitudes; and the acquisition, disposal, management, restructuring and refinancing of portfolios of property.
She has a proven track record not only in mainstream property work but also in specialist sectors such as rural, forestry, petrol filling stations, tourism, leisure and hospitality, utilities, and telecommunications and has experience of advising a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors.
