The senior partner who is also a specialist crime supervisor dealing with all areas of criminal litigation. Enjoys police station and court work. Supervises a very busy prison law department. Regularly instructed to act for professionals, including teachers, solicitors and care homestaff. She has a strong belief that everyone deserves the best representation possible, a very difficult thing to achieve under government funding cuts to legal aid, and encourages the highest levels of integrity in the firms approach to its work. She feels that being a good lawyer is a life long process and that you should never give up on trying to improve, continuing education is a professional responsibility.


Qualified in 1992, has worked at Clarke Kiernan since it was formed in 1997 made partner in 2001.

Law degree LLB (hons) from Birmingham University. Chester College of Law.
