Position

Partner, specialising in corporate and financial services, and heads up the firm's banking and finance team. Her practice area also covers M&As and capital markets.

Her clients include major banking institutions and other regulated entities in Channel Islands and UK. She regularly acts in cross-border transactions, particularly for clients based in South East Asia, as well as clients in Channel Islands with interests in businesses located in that region. Sean is recognised for her abilities in controlling and driving complex transactions.   She also advises on the establishment of structures for international high net worth clients and institutions.

Admitted as barrister, Gray’s Inn 1989; admitted as barrister and solicitor, High Court of Malaya 1990; trained Rawlison & Butler; admitted as solicitor, England and Wales 1993; admitted to Guernsey Bar 1997; partner Collas Crill 2000, set up Singapore office 2011.
