Group Partner specialising in looking after funds, major financial institutions, and high net worth individuals. He advises them in respect of their UK based transactions, whether personally or via their offshore trusts, dealing with prime residential and commercial property as well as country estates.
Michael has acted in the acquisition of ‘trophy’ properties in the UK and also on hotel acquisitions. He also acts for many private and international banks and deals with banking and security documents for lenders on real estate transactions.
Michael is also admitted as solicitor of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the territory of the Virgin Islands.

Collas Crill recently acted for both purchasers and sellers on a number of the top-tier commercial property deals in Guernsey.
