Consultant. Paul advises on all elements of investment fund establishment, regulation and downstream transactional work. His clients include venture capital, private equity, real estate and hedge fund managers based in the key fund markets of London, New York and Asia with a fast-growing following in South Africa.
Acts for lenders and borrowers in local and cross-border banking transactions, advising on regulatory and security issues. Also advises financial services clients in regulatory matters, including GFSC investigations.
Always having taken a commercially-minded approach, in 2021 Paul moved to a consultancy role with the firm alongside an external position as founding partner of a venture capital firm. This brings unique and invaluable experience and perspective to the team in advising fund managers.
