Position

Partner and head of the property team in Guernsey. Expertise in all Guernsey commercial and residential property matters including conveyancing and lease matters.

His clients include The Channel Islands Property Fund, Bailiwick Investments Limited ComProp RBSI, SG Kleinwort Hambros, Guernsey Housing Association and Investec Bank.

Jason has over the years been involved in most of the largest commercial transactions in Guernsey, whether acting for seller, buyer, lender, landlord or tenant and including Royal Chambers, Royal Bank Place, La Grande Mare Hotel,. The Guernsey Press, Albert House, Carey House to name but a few.

Jason also advises on planning matters and has appeared before the Appeals Tribunal on various occasions advising on some of the most controversial applications.

He is also a Notary Public and chair of the Association of Guernsey Notaries Public as well as chairing the Judging Panel of the Community Foundation Awards for Achievement and Collas Crill’s own global CSR Committee.
