Position

Senior Associate. Donald is dual qualified to act in both Scotland and England & Wales. He acts for secured lenders (especially large portfolios and cross border deals) as well as being well versed in all aspects of commercial and residential property, particularly in relation to real estate investment, real estate finance, and retail, hotels & leisure.

Donald acts for a wide spectrum of clients including institutional lenders and international operators, as well as small to medium sized businesses and entrepreneurs. He has experience dealing with all asset types including offices, retail, care homes in addition to hotels & and high end residential, involved in a number of complex deals right through from start-up to completion.
Donald is also admitted as solicitor of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the territory of the Virgin Islands.
