Partner and head of the award winning International Private Client & Trust parctise in Jersey. Kellyann acts for a range of trust companies, banking institutions, high-net worth individuals and international law and accountancy firms on all aspects of international wealth structuring and succession planning, to include the settlement, ongoing operation and restructuring of trusts and foundations.

Kellyann is one of five Collas Crill lawyers to be listed in the Private Client Global Elite Directory 2019. She is currently shortlisted for Citywealth IFC Awards – Lawyer of the Year – Channel Islands & Isle of Man; Citywealth Powerwomen Awards 2020 – Woman of the Year;  Citywealth Powerwomen Awards 2020 – Woman of the Year – Business Growth (Mid-size); Citywealth Powerwomen Awards 2020 – Woman of the Year – Professional Services.

She has contributed to leading legal texts, including the Jersey chapter in the ‘International Comparative Legal Guide to: Private Client 2019’, the Jersey chapter in Butterworths LexisNexis ‘Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents’ and the Oxford University Press publication entitled ‘The World Survey’ and has most recently worked together with Jersey Finance to produce the Back to Basics Campaign on Jersey trusts.


Qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales with Shakespeares Solicitors in 2007. Admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2010. Became an affiliate member of STEP in 2014. Worked at Bedell Cristin from September 2007 to March 2015. Joined Collas Crill as a partner in March 2015.

Kellyann Ozouf heads the private wealth practice at Collas Crill, which handles a range of matters concerning contentious and semi-contentious matters, covering private wealth for island residents and those overseas (with a particular following in the Middle East), as well as charitable, religious and pension trusts. She was joined in September 2019 by counsel Laura Perkins, who brought with her BVI law experience from Harneys in Tortola. Nick Marshall is a key senior associate, and Bonnie McPartland a notable associate whose practice straddles advisory work and litigation.
