Gavin has headed/managed several property teams over the last three decades. He acts for buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties and has extensive knowledge dealing with development transactions including the acquisitions of sites , restructuring and subsequent disposal of the units. Gavin also has extensive knowledge acting for borrowers and lenders alike.
Gavin has a reputation for being responsive, conscientious and being alive to the clients’ requirements in dealing with all of his matters and also for his attention to detail.
In his role as Head of Conveyancing, Gavin ensures the team functions efficiently by ensuring work matters are delegated to relevant team members to ensure they are carried out within relevant timescales.
