Previously qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2007, Tristan joined Babbé in 2020 and has 18 years of offshore experience in advising and acting alongside legal advisers for banks and financial institutions, licensees, investment management houses and multinational corporates on a wide range of complex commercial, corporate, financing and investment fund related matters.

Leading the practice is Tristan Ozanne, who offers combined M&A and banking and finance expertise. Counsel Ann Halliday is noted for her retail and commercial banking practice, while associate Amy Parker, who joined the firm from a South African investment manager in June 2022, handles private M&A and corporate restructuring.
