Previously qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2007, Tristan joined Babbé in 2020 and has 18 years of offshore experience in advising and acting alongside legal advisers for banks and financial institutions, licensees, investment management houses and multinational corporates on a wide range of complex commercial, corporate, financing and investment fund related matters.
