Christina is a partner in the litigation team at Viberts. A highly regarded litigation lawyer, Christina has established a successful practice which includes both complex commercial and general civil litigation. Whilst working at Viberts, Christina has also gained extensive experience in criminal litigation and has appeared in a number of high profile civil and criminal cases brought before the Royal Court of Jersey. In December 2015 she was sworn in as a Crown Advocate whereby she represents the Attorney General in criminal cases heard before the Royal Court.
Christina began her career as an advocate advising on non-contentious Jersey trusts, corporate acquisitions and private and public property funds. After working on some of Jersey’s most prominent high value transactions, Christina joined Viberts’ litigation department and changed her focus. Her work ranges from trust litigation, where she frequently acts for and against trustees, insolvency, personal injury and clinical negligence, through to more general civil litigation such as corporate disputes.
Christina is known for her tenacity, meticulous attention to detail and her outstanding courtroom ability.

Viberts‘ disputes team is known for handling a wide variety of cases, including administrative reviews, insurance-related claims, a specialty of Corinne Holmes, construction disputes, contentious trust and probate work, as well as commercial litigation. The team is led by Christina Hall, an experienced commercial and trust litigator. Rebecca Morley-Kirk is focused on disputes involving human rights, employment and immigration law, but also has a criminal law practice. Giles Emmanuel is instructed in cases involving insolvencies, trusts, construction and real estate.
