Gemma is a senior associate in the corporate and finance team. She has a wide range of experience on corporate matters and regulatory issues, with a particular focus on the establishment, management, structuring and restructuring of both open-ended and closed-ended investment funds.
Gemma has experience in acting for both international and local clients in relation to complex and high value corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Carey Olsen in 2013, Gemma spent seven years with another leading offshore law firm. Gemma was admitted as a solicitor in 2009 and was called to the Guernsey Bar in 2011.
