Lizzie acts for a varied client base on both the lender and borrower side of a range of debt finance transactions including real estate investment and development finance, investment funds financing and general corporate facilities. Lizzie supports her clients with deal structuring, acquisitions, refinancing and debt restructuring.

Lizzie joined Carey Olsen in January 2022. She previously spent 11 years in the Banking & Finance team at Macfarlanes LLP including secondments to each of a retail institutional bank and a real estate debt fund.
